The KVS PMS platform accesses and records location data to facilitate accurate distance tracking, attendance tracking and fuel reimbursement processing, and to ensure that personnel safety protocols are maintained.

The organization may collect location-related information through the Performance Management System and associated mobile applications for legitimate business purposes, including attendance management, workforce monitoring, field activity validation, and reimbursement processing.

4.2 Geofencing for Attendance Management

Geofencing enables the system to determine whether an employee is present within an authorized work location, project site, customer location, branch office, or other approved workplace at the time of attendance marking.

Background Location Access
The application may access your location even when the app is running in the background, only when this is required for authorized business functions.
Location tracking is not intended to monitor employees outside approved work-related activities, except where explicitly required by company policy and permitted by applicable law.
Background location is used solely for approved organizational purposes such as attendance verification, travel validation, or route monitoring for field employees.
4.4 Fuel Reimbursement and Travel Verification
For employees eligible for travel or fuel reimbursement, location information may be collected and processed to:

- Support reimbursement claims submitted by employees.

The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us to have it removed.
